Refund policy
Colorado Flower Baskets is a small business, so we cannot offer a broad return and/or exchange policy. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. At the time of delivery, you and the delivery driver will take a look at your baskets and confirm that (1) they are the quantity, size, and variety of basket you ordered, (2) this matches the sales slip (3) you are pleased with the condition of the plants being delivered, quality and health, lack of insect or disease, etc. Once you have taken possession of the delivery items, Colorado Flower Baskets no longer has responsibility for that product. We will however offer advice on watering, location, trimming back and fertilization to help you enjoy your beautiful baskets for the entire season.
If you, or a designated individual, are not able to be present at time of delivery for inspection, any concerns or questions must be received by the end of business hours, on the day of delivery. You can contact Colorado Flower Baskets at 720-260-2020 or coloradoflowerbaskets@gmail.com.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
